FitSNPs can be used to prioritize genes for disease association. Here is a simple step-by-step tutorial to load fitSNPs into UCSC genome browser, and compared with a wealth of genomic data, including 7 GWAS from Wellcome Trust Case Control Consortium (WTCCC) and 2 GWAS from national Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).
